Profil du candidat
With an engineering degree or equivalent, you have at least 15 years' experience, including successful experience in project execution (Engineering/Packaging) and proven experience in estimating. International experience would be a plus.

You have good communication and persuasive skills, as well as an appetite for teamwork and cross-functional work with multi-disciplinary teams (Architecture, Design, Safety, Project, Process, etc.).

Activités
As part of the Project Definition entity, you will serve all our branches and entities, with exposure to all energies. Your tasks are as follows:

Carrying out surface installation cost estimates (CAPEX) in all areas (multi-energy), from the Prospect level to the preliminary drafts of new developments carried out by the Architects and Design Engineers, within the deadlines set in accordance with the required degree of exigency.
Developing estimates at the end of basic engineering and in the tendering phase, at the request of the Projects.
Produce the deliverables required according to the phases of the project within the criteria of time, budget and quality, adding the precision of the results and reference to benchmarks.
Participating in the development of contingencies and risk analysis with the Risk Managers.
Participating in the maintenance and continuous improvement of methods, databases (consolidation of benchmarks) and estimation calculation tools.
Train junior estimators in estimation methods and tools.
Contexte et environnement
As part of the ONE TECH Branch, a pillar of the Company's transformation, you will join the Estimation team. Working with the various teams, you will be joining a sector where the Company's development is at stake. Working with the Design and Safety engineers, the Architects and the Estimation discipline, you will be responsible for producing and reviewing estimates of the costs of surface installations as part of development studies, as well as maintaining and enhancing the entity's databases, methods and estimation tools through feedback. The position is based in Paris La Défense.
